Deloitte parents: how long do you have to be with the firm to qualify for parental leave? I’m considering an offer but am currently pregnant.

Has anyone put together gifts for new fathers at their company? We've had a couple of recent first time mother's but have a first time father coming up. I'm assuming most of the items can be the same as they were focused more on the baby or like door dash gift cards, but is there anything father specific i should include before he starts his parental leave?

I have somewhat of an odd situation: my father passed when I was 16 (25 now) and he had some kind of policy with pacific life. I don’t know if it was a typical life insurance policy because when he passed I didn’t get a “cash out” of the policy value. It is still with pacific life and I believe builds interest (?)
