I have an OL from LTI with a CTC-20 Lpa..As my mother had brain surgery, i need to be with her. i have asked HR to provide WFH. Does LTI support in these kinds of cases?? I have also asked HR to set up a call with the Project Manager.

I tell my husband every day “IDK how anyone is pregnant and practicing law at the same time.” After a morning in court last month I was totally out of commission for the day. Hello, currently I am on notice period, last month I have worked on saturday and applied for compensatory off in BMS tool, and in workday I had applied as Casual time off as my manager told m to do so. now I am getting leave type mismatch email , and manager is saying you can ignore that email. So my question is did it impact in my Full and final settlement or final letter? I @m confused now. Please help

Do you think all these violent and hate filled attacks are because people aren't getting the emotional/mental support they need, whether it's therapy at any age or help they needed but didn't get from a social worker as a child? My coworker is sure this is the case, but I honestly think there's actually something deeper wrong either with how these people are being raised as children, or how the warning signs these people give off are ignored or swept under the rug to save face.

I am embarking on egg freezing soon and I got some unpleasant news today after a scan. I had a scan 2 months ago and my follicle count was slightly low then. As I was on birth control at the time, I had to go off it and repeat the scan two months later. I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??

Do you all feel that the Health Insurance choice is actually all the same? The coverage is absolutely copy and paste for Bronze to Platinum and the deductible/copay is very similar.
I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.
