Deloitte peeps - what’s typical raise percent for a 1 at year end?

OP - the 7% was “merit” and I also got a 3% additional raise for my promo to M that year. 10% total

D4 - your sexual reference seems a bit misplaced on a professional forum. I understand that it is a joke referring to you thinking that I’m boasting about my success. I’m a female and I received zero sexual pleasure from posting my responses. I post on FB to provide honest information to my peers - in this case to OP who I’m assuming is a fellow Deloitte high performer. ☀️ 🌸 ✨

D2- Boom drop the mike! WTG stand up to the jackass.

like

D2 - love the response! As a fellow female manager at Deloitte ( and a high performing one at that), I use FB because I have faith in other folks like you!

like

I got a 7% raise my for my 1st 1 and a 5% raise last year for a 1.

like

Yes. I got 22% bonus for a 1 as an SC and 30% bonus for a 1 as an M

like

I wanted to check back on this post and was happy to find that D4 deleted their post. OP, I’m in the RPM 2.0 pilot so no numerical rating but let’s check back in August to compare notes :) have a great week.

like

Hah! While that’s funny M1, it’s not helpful :) looking for a percentage range please.

The bonus will be significant though

D2 - the bonuses you talk about are non promotion year bonuses?

Hey D2, I’m coming full circle here back on this thread :) comp statement is out - 6.5% merit increase and 34% bonus. I wish the merit was a little higher ( and I was a little mad about it yesterday), but I slept on it, and all is well with the world :) how did you do?

We have sort listed Seattle, Portland & Sacramento so far. We don’t want to move to too humid areas as well & don’t want to be too close to NE as well. Any suggestions or thoughts? Ty!

So I've been offered a "promotion" a transfer with in the company from a lower performing store in KY to a flagship store in PA. Obviously a stipend and significant raise would be a part of this. I have so many reasons to say no and they all seem logical to me but I guess I need reassurance that I'm not making a bad decision if I decline.

I should add I've also been job hunting the past few months and considering leaving the company.

So you have a campaign that’s mediocre from a creative perspective, but grew the client’s business (a lot). Is that worth bringing up when negotiating a raise?

How do you deal with toxic masculinity in the workplace? I work with a lot of great people, but there are a handful of men that are so aggressive and downright sexist. I have had my boss blame me for small mistakes he’s made and refuse to discuss my performance or a raise. There are also men outside of my team who tell me how to do my job when they do not understand marketing. Is any of this remotely normal, or should I cut my losses and start job hunting?

Hello! Needing salary advice. I’m currently working as a recruiting coordinator in Santa Cruz CA (high cost of living) I’m at a high-tech company with over 1,000 people and been here a little over a year. Over 5 YOE total. I am hourly and make $25.5 which annualizes to about 59k including OT. I feel like I’m being paid under market but I do have a promotion coming up and the title would be Associate Recruiter. I’m wanting to target between 75-80k but would love some other thoughts. Thanks!

Hi folks, I recently applied for a new role in EMEA for a Specialist Solutions Architect. Got through n received an offer letter. But seems like the base is a bit lower than what i saw online in a couple of places (not sure of years of experience there though). Is it worth it to bring it up and ask the HM to raise an exception? How much time will this take? Is it a risk? Already the entire process has dragged on cause of delays on recruitment's part etc. Any advice or insight would be helpful!

I received an email today from recruiter asking for a phone interview which I’m so happy to hear from but I applied about a month ago. I moved on and applied internally for a different role as a transfer. This new role is a promotion and my start date is next week. I immediately responded back to the recruiter and agreed to the phone interview for tomorrow 5/4…. Do I mention any of the above to them? Do I tell them I just accepted a new role and different position? Please advise

I currently work as a reinsurance broker at one of the bigger shops and I got an official offer today from insurtech broker, and they offered me 70k base plus commission. I currently make 79 base + bonus and i was managed to raise up the offer to 75k base plus commission after asking for 85k since they told me they can’t do it. Do you think I should take the offer? Or stay with my current employer?

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a manufacturer in or around LA who specializes in notebook/journal printing. I'm finding places who want a bulk order of 500 or more. Same with online sellers. I need small runs that are affordable. Say 25 prints of each design at a time for a price of $2 to $5/unit. Is this possible?

Any recommendations you have would be awesome. Here's a design as an example (these are smaller than what I'd be printing but you get the idea)

Thanks in advance!

Potentially looking to make a pivot. I’m pretty deep into Salesforce Trailhead training and wondering if just based off this alone I’d be able to land a Salesforce gig.

My current background is 8 months in audit (big four), 1.5 years financial services consulting, 1 year TAS (current).

Would it even be worth the switch?
