Are you an associate? My bonus was less than it would be in a year where we hit our target, but it was still a reasonable bonus and honestly better than expected
I’m confused on how our levels being increased bumps up our billable rate, so the firm is making more money on our time, but they “can’t afford” actual raises. Wtf is 2020.
Yes, per multiple trusted people. Seems extra cruel for staff since they do not get bonuses, either.
Advisory new senior consultant, also saw 3%. And I’m not bonus eligible so 3% is all I saw. Definitely ready to gtfo

Yeah. They make the argument bonus is looking back at last years performance and we had 9 good months/3 pandemic so still got a decent bonus. Then raise is looking at next year and projecting way down so shit raise.
The raise was definitely worse than expected but somewhat pleasantly surprised with bonus during COVID.
TC2-> S1 and got 2%.
