What’s a good “diaper” bag for a 2 year old? We still lug around sippy cups, snacks, wipes, diapers, couple toys whenever we head out. Something that looks good and dad won’t mind carrying either...

I have my mid-year next week and I want to bring up my want for a promotion before the end of the year. We briefly talked about it 2 months ago and they were supportive, and said we’ll revisit it during mid-years. How should I prepare for it and bring it up? I don’t think Covid will be an issue, we’re up 42% vs. PY and about 32% vs. plan.
Anyone ever turn down/left a job for a company before in favor of another one, and then you look back on the former today and see it become very successful, and are like wow, what could've been 😅
Started a new job about a month ago at a REAALLY good firm. The overall job is very difficult and tough to learn. I’m somewhat understanding it but having a hard time, the support/training is there but at the end of the day having a hard time with trying to grasp it all. Would really appreciate any advice on organization/staying focused or trying to learn a new job and staying optimistic without looking weak.
I have a solo practice that I started in March 2020. I have had a really rough first year financially and need to get a full-time job soon. However, I’d like to maintain my practice on a part-time basis. Please comment if you have any thoughts or experience.
