Hi so I got an offer to interview for a strategy analyst position at a deloitte USDC. Does anyone know if interviews here for a new grad are easier than core consulting for this position, or even what a case interview would look like for USDC???

I don't like my job, the responsibilities and tasks aren't right for me or my lifestyle.

Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

With the global economic situation as is, is it worth the risk to change to a job I know i'd like more with less pay, and potentially less job security?

I went through all the stages of interviewing with a firm then they chose not to fill the position. They said internal priorities changed. I saw about 5 months later they posted a similar position. Guess who has another interview!

Reading the HBS thread has me worried for applying next year. It seems like for an Asian male even a 3.8+ and 750+ with MBB/BB IB/PE experience doesn’t even get an interview? Is the bar even higher than last year?
