He tried asking the hr for matching thes same package 18LPA as Comcast but the hr told not possible to revise the package. Base salary raise when promoted are disappointing. Because you are raised based on the C band, not the SC band. Get a 1 next year as a first year SC and you ll get a solid raise / bonus
It's peanuts because they give us two to run together and you better damn be grateful for them 🥜
YE has started, and most councilors know promotion and rating decision immediately. Green Light is June 3rd week

I make 87k after the 12% hike. And I am an Experienced Advisory Hire as well.
