Currently working at an insurtech as a Strategy Associate and was offered a position on the IT team by a SVP. The position comes with a decent pay raise, but my title would be Business Analyst. I brought up concerns about the title being perceived to be more junior than an Associate, but was told that it’s more akin to a Project Coordinator/Product Owner (company does not offer those titles). General management consulting is super interesting to me and I could see myself doing it as a career. My biggest gripe is the WLB at MBB. Would smaller middle market firms offer similarly interesting projects with more reasonable hours?

Got an offer for moving to a boutique and was excited until I got the benefit info. Currently at $140, DTO, 12 holidays, high chance of decent bonus. New role is $160k, 24 days PTO, 8 holidays, only utilization bonus but good size.
The change is PTO/holidays is a huge deal for me but not sure if the salary makes up for it. They aren't budging on anything which to me is not a good sign. Really torn on what to do
