I make about $90k. Currently maxing out both my Roth and 401k. I want to buy an investment property (in a few years, thinking duplex/triplex) but with rent + other living expenses + retirement contributions I can’t make significant progress towards a down payment.

Is it worth dropping my 401k contribution % down to company match? Or keep the retirement accounts maxed and just push out timing of the investment property?
