After how many years of experience should you start expecting 125K-150K as a salesforce consultant? Accepting a contract job offer and still interviewing for other full time jobs until I get one. Target is full time job. So in the meantime if I receive a full time offer, can I apply for the second TN visa at the border within a month without notifying each of the companies? I will leave the contract role if TN visa for full time gets approved.

Had some phone interviews with a few different firms for an Accounting Advisory role. If I move forward in the process to virtual interviews, what questions should I expect? It’s been since 2016 since I’ve done a real interview.

Not 1 or 2 but I am getting rejected multiple times after the L2 technical come managerial rounds even though my interview is going good and am clearing my L1 round comfortably,not sure why. Any suggestions tips guys are welcome

I’ve never been asked, “what are your salary expectations” before and I feel my response and body language needs some help ensuring I don’t leave money on the table.
