Hei everyone, i have been working as a production engineer in the chemical & fertilizer industry for 08 years. Thinking to change my field in any other field apart from a plant related work profile and where my past experiences also get useful. Can anyone suggest a good profile in which there is substantial growth in future and with good demand? Would be helpful, thnx.

Do you have an electric toothbrush? You could also see if there’s a stronger toothpaste you can use, sometimes dentists can prescribe a toothpaste (I’ve gotten one before after having some dental surgery)
Maybe worth taking a look at your diet?? I know raw fruits and veggies are natural mouth “cleaners”. Maybe google for a list
1. Next time you're at the dentist, have them show you good brushing and flossing technique.
2. Invest in good electric toothbrush and buy woven Floss.
3. Get cleanings every 4 months insteaf of 6 months.
Advice from someone who's gone through this.

Yes although I can only go every 6 months due to my dental insurance. I try to get fluoride treatments at my appointment to see if that helps but so far nothing. The scraping always makes me squirm. 😥
Periodontax toothpaste might help. Or adding Periogen powder to your water flosser. It helped me with lightly bleeding gums after a lavish Halloween collection I ate for weeks.
Yeah my dad has horrible teeth and I inherited those genetics. I floss and brush twice a day and somehow every time I go to the dentist they tell me my teeth are getting worse. I have to go every 3-4 months for a clean. The good thing is my teeth always look healthy on the outside
