I feel you. Sometimes I don’t ever get out of bed.
Been there. The best resource I’ve found is psychologytoday.com you can filter by insurance, specialties and most therapists write a bio that helps you get a sense of their style. Don’t be surprised if it takes a few tries to find the best fit. This is deeply personal, subjective, and you’ll learn things you never thought you’d ever think about. Good luck!
Thank you. Will give it a try later.
Try alma
Thanks

Read a book called the secret. There are probably other books also that can help. Paying to talk to someone doesnt make much sense to me. You might want to try educating yourself and work on pulling yourself out of depression. You gotta want it and only you can help yourself
I’ve never read something so wrong in my entire life.
UHC has a directory for therapists that are in-network. I did a bit of googling after narrowing it down to a few options. Sadly none responded to calls requesting appointments (CT) so I ended up going with better help! I actually really liked the therapist that I worked with and would recommend giving the app a shot.
Thanks. Which app? Please let me know.
