Brand Strategy/Planning roles aren't typical in PR. So every new Account hire arrives with no experience working with a Strategist. I'm tired of explaining/showing my role adds necessary value. I love strategy, but I have an offer at another agency to move into Account as Group SVP. They want to "customize" the role for my experience, but I'm afraid it will just be on paper and people will expect me to know things I just won't. I can't afford to be fired. Thoughts? I am on H1B. Worked in TCS for 11 yrs (7 yrs onsite).
During great resignation I made my first switch. I was all set to join Infosys then got PwC offer letter 2 days before my LWD in TCS. Had to join Infy as H1 transfer was done.
Now leaving Infosys in 4 months and joining PwC after H1 transfer. It was a tough call but finally I decided to join Big 4.
Again already gave notice to Infosys, all set to join PwC and now Amazon is approaching me for a Oracle apps functional consultant role. Advise ?

How much do lawyers working in Big4 make? Firm counsel v. client service?

Have been doing 1040/1065/1120s - private client and high net worth individual, but want to have more experience in estate planing and trust work, any advise how to make transition ? Current office is heavily compliance. Do I have to transfer to those special group ?

Closing is scheduled for Friday, and client (buyer) just informed everyone (lender, lender's counsel, seller, seller's counsel, and us) that they decided to have another affiliate take title to the property. Never mind all the signature pages are sitting in escrow. It's these moments that make me hate transaction.

Any tips how to tell a company that you're going with another offer, but in a way that keeps that relationship and door still open?
After many interviews, I ended up with 2 great offers, and I'm about to do 1 final interview. I liked all 3 hiring managers, all 3 companies, but 1 is the winner and I'm accepting the position.

I was struggling to even look at myself in the mirror since this is the heaviest I’ve been. I went back working out at least 4 times a week and eating very healthy. I'm debating whether to go for second bachelors at WGU in Cybersecurity while self studying Cloud certifications, or doing the Cloud Computing while self studying Cybersecurity certifications.
