What’s the best way to go about taking a massive data file (300,000 rows, 634 columns and turning it into something more usable? I have completed my 1 year in IBM as Senior Business Consultant in Band 6B, YOE 5.6 ...I feel my band and salary is comparatively less as compared to market standards, current CTC 13 LPA, I am holding offer for 19.5 (17 fixed, 2.5 VP)..should I ask for promotion and pay match in IBM? I don't want to leave my client at this moment .

Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French. The interview went kinda weird… it was less than 15min. Looked distracted/ not prepared. When I asked him questions he barely elaborated. Comments⬇️

Do my fellow desi folks cook all meals at home everyday? I spend so much time being in the cycle of planning, buying, cooking and cleaning and get very little time for self care and studying for some self development. What can I do to save me sometime in the kitchen. SO helps with a lot of stuff buts the whole process is still time consuming.

My H1B is expiring this September and PwC is currently in the process of applying for extension. However, I am thinking of visiting India for few days (April last week to May 2nd week). Is it safe for me to travel (from a visa standpoint) given that I already have a stamped visa on my passport? SO filling out passport renewal form. Finished CKGS, however in the form at the Indian Passport site - instead of leaving "PREVIOUS/CURRENT DIPLOMATIC/OFFICIAL PASSPORT" SO filled in a previous regular passport info. (To SO's credit, the phrasing was odd to ask for a previous passport)

SO unable to log back into the Indian Gov Passport site. Is this a deal breaker or would they give this mistype a pass?
