What’s the min $/night room you’d book using Hilton and Bonvoy points respectively to get the most value?

I have the Chase Rapid Reward card and gave 90k points saved up on Southwest over the years but I’ve stopped flying with them (haven’t flown in general due to pandemic). Seen a lot of “my company is so amazing posts” continuously on LinkedIn a la “here at XYZ we give people lots of time off and it’s amazing” or even “so happy XYZ company allowed me to take maternity/paternity leave” - are folks just trying to look like team players or do employees get some sort of incentive for doing this at companies? I feel like the folks I see that work at Salesforce (for example) do this constantly and more so than other big companies.
