Is it worth moving to an org without municipal pension? I’ve been with the City 8 yrs only so in my view, my pension will not be substantial anyway so I can leave it and move on to greener pastures.

Do you have to update your social security number once you receive your greencard? Wife (who was on H4) before received her greencard and we tried to open a bank account and it says we have to mail in the SSN. Also, on the SS card it says: "valid for work only with DHS authorization" mine says the same - was on H1B before.
