Checking out the Met Ball last night!

I have 3.9 YOE in Wealth and Asset Management External audits (Private Equity) in EY GDS, quit in December 2021 to complete my ACCA papers, hopeful to finish by October. Any helpful tips on what I could transition to, I do not want to continue external audit and was looking at Internal audit or something in Advisory/FDD and eventually move to Financial Services companies in my career, but would love some career insights.

Hello Fishes,
Need some advice. I have joined optum an year back and my product planning and roadmap decision takes place as a joint effort with my US counterparts. My manager here talks about work/plans that are completely irrelevant to what we are doing now in meetings and that stresses me out as it creates FOMO. How to handle this completely opposite directions and management from both sides. It bothers me so much that I want to resign. Optum

Agile project delivery - Fact or Fiction?
The places I’ve worked at, as much as they say they delivery projects via agile, rarely achieve this (mostly waterfall with a small sprinkling of agile words thrown in for good measure).
Google / Facebook (Meta) / Amazon / Tesla / Apple / anyone else - please tell me that agile project delivery exists (and how have you made this possible in your company?)
Thank you.

Ive got enough on my plate between work, family, daily chores, trying to exercise, get enough sleep, and have a semblance of a social life. When I finish all of these things contributing to an open source project for an hour or two is like the least appealing thing to me
A lack of time. I would certainly contribute to one if I had all the time in the world.
The lack of accountability for bugs in the system. Some doozies have been found in widely used and trusted open source libraries, including sklearn which is part of the vast majority ML projects. Whenever I contribute to open source, I am terrified that one small mistake could get incorporated into a huge number of projects and companies.
