Conduent HR is ghosting even after sending a salary break up. When I finally got hold of her she told me to send the counter offer through mail. She is not responding to my mails when I'm nearing lwd, very unprofessional behaviour from Conduent. Some people left because they are bitter. Overall I think EY is giving me a platform to develop at an accelerated pace. It’s a lot to do with luck (good people and good projects), and not everyone have the same experience. Take everything you hear with a grain of salt, be it from your interviewer or from the PPs.

I agree experiences differ. Overall IAAS is a great place to grow and even spend your career if consulting is what you enjoy.

I don’t think anyone is bitter EY3. Like u said, people can get very different experiences at our practice depending on the people and project. All the good and bad comments about our practice are true. It’s just everyone had different experiences.
