I recently received my promotion (after a year of asking) all whilst I was interviewing with other companies and just received an offer that has some good perks but some concerns as well. We are in a recession and switching companies is scary. However base comp is 20% more and lots of room for growth. I love everyone I work with but feel like the salary could be better.
