i have recieved only onsite opportunity not any retention incentives if you have got then please let us know. I have heard some of them being offered 30 percent revision in ctc after resignatiin

not any visa approval..HR told me that they will provide an onsite opportunity if i revoke my resignation

if it's US then I wud recommend moving out
