It’s an amazing workout. If you do it a couple times a week, at a minimum, you will see amazing results as far as toning goes.
Thank you!!:)
I did pure barre from 2012-2017. I did it up until the day I was induced with my first child and every now and then after giving birth. I really enjoyed it but ended up transitioning to Orangetheory since I wanted a workout with more cardio. Since I left I have heard they now offer different types of classes with more cardio so I may try it again once I have more free time.
I don’t remember. I believe there are a variety of packages offered and price probably varies based on where you are located.
Love it and been doing it for years. My local studio does both in person (reduced head count) and at home options livestream and playback which has been nice over the past year. Agree with comment above - a few times a week can make a difference
I think prices are set by corporate. I’ve been going for years and have the annual contract
Pure Barre is great if you like strength training and dislike cardio. I personally loved it, but had to supplement with cardio.
I’m going against the popular opinion here but I really didn’t like it. I practice classical Pilates and the way they suggest you should tip your hips (tuck) is just unhealthy. I’m also rather inflexible and at least at the studio I went to the instructors tried to push my body into unnatural positions for me. I do know a ton of people who love it though. They give you a free week so give it a try.
I wish I had an answer for this but I don’t. I have literally no discipline to do things via apps 🤣 I’ve always gone to a studio and during the pandemic did zoom classes. If you haven’t done Pilates one on one I highly recommend trying in a studio first so you understand the intention.
Not pure barre, but I had a barre3 online subscription for a year that I really enjoyed. Worth checking out!
