My current CTS is 9LPA , i have done interview and shortlisted for HR round with TCS , i asked for 13 LPA my expectation , my status shows evaluated on their portal from 3 days , what will be the next

Salary was showing not disclosed on the JOB posted on naukri , but HR says can offer only 12 LPA

Is it worthing leaving a managerial permanent role in FMCG to get to a contract individual contributor role in META which offers circa 70% more money than the permanent?

Role is for 12 months which can become 24 or permanent
