Recently asked for a raise based on YOE and the salary band I’m in. Was asked specifically my reason/basis for asking and said something like “market data”. Now my supervisor wants me to provide the data. Said data is my handful of interviews at other companies (all of which were actually higher ranges than I’m asking at my current). how do I respond?

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce Development. I have an offer of 25 LPA from KPMG, 25.5 LPA from PWC,27.5 LPA from Nagarro(5% Variable), 29.2 LPA (5% Variable) from cognizant and 29.25 LPA (5% Variable) from LTI. Which one should I choose ? Should I gave interviews of Persistent and Orange Business Solution??

Did my decision round with BCG and came out feeling meh. The interviewers pushed me a lot (made me brainstorm on where to start until I found the right place) and didn’t really work with me through the case (just let me go on even if my I was a 0 off in my calculations).
