How easy or difficult it is to move from a corporate M&A in a healthcare company role to PE side. Currently working with a big4 in corporate finance/IB role and have been offered a role in corporate side.

The majority of my career has been in healthcare tech with some retail experience. Looking to break into event management/coordinating (I believe this is the correct job title) space in either the entertainment, fashion & retail or cosmetic industry. Any insights or advice is appreciated!

Thinking about my Roth 401k… I’m always gonna contribute at least 6% for the company match (that’s a no-brainer) but is there any benefit to investing more than 6%? Since my 401k contributions are after-tax earnings, couldn’t I make more money if I instead invested additional contributions myself through Robinhood and have the freedom to use/move it as I please? Does anyone else hate medical coding? I got my CPC and loved learned all about it! But once I started actually working in it, I hate it. They talk about how it’s all about translating procedures to numbers. But it’s not! It’s all about Money. All about how much RVUs the codes have so the provider gets the most reimbursement. With how everything is now a days, I feel like a bad person after a day of work. Just me? Was it just a bad employer that I worked for? I feel lost.

I joined Accenture last year in May at level 8 and received 3 lacs as joining bonus.

However, I've received a very good offer recently and will be putting down my papers tomorrow.

Now as per Accenture's offer letter, the joining bonus needs to be returned if I leave within an year of joining.

So, do I need to return the same even if leave the org in June (after completing 3 months NP) ? Any idea.
