In interviewing for new roles I feel like my weak point is a lack of case studies that show data driven iteration. The problem is, despite me preaching and coaching to product managers and product directors about setting outcomes, success metrics, a/b testing, etc our product teams don’t work that way. Most of the time the response is a chuckle and a “At [this company]? What are we, a tech company?”
Anyway, this is mostly a rant but if you have any nuggets of wisdom, drop them below
What kinds of opportunities are out there for those who can not obtain clearance? I’m early on in my career and I haven’t had much luck with getting clearance, not sure if it’s worth staying.

Currently at 125k as a senior consultant in life science and tech consulting. Brand is not well known.
7 YoE in consulting
ZS offered Consultant role + 165k base and 15k sign on.

How much do WeWork employees make? I’m seeing directors in their 20s and glassdoor is saying $160k. Is that really accurate??

Company A - 100k base + 35k sign + higher bonus
Company B - 125k base + 10k sign + lower bonus
Company A is a good bit more superior in terms of exit opps and has better WLB and growth. I feel I’ll be happier at A. Thoughts?
