Yes, yes, and yes. Used one twice twice now - and it was so much easier following someone else’s expert plan. Basically for all the same reasons companies hire us 😂

I didn't but several friends have, and they swear by it. I followed the Baby Whisperer loosely, and taught my kids how to sleep. It was hard, but they became great sleepers and still are now.

How does it work? Does that sleep consultant actually come observe a night itch you? Or do they just listen to your description of how things go, what you do, etc?
