How many rounds of interview does Persistent take ...cleared with the first round ...any tips/info about the further process?

Any tips how to tell a company that you're going with another offer, but in a way that keeps that relationship and door still open?
After many interviews, I ended up with 2 great offers, and I'm about to do 1 final interview. I liked all 3 hiring managers, all 3 companies, but 1 is the winner and I'm accepting the position.
I want to maintain that relationship because, well, you never know!

I'm leaning more towards SEM, but at this point I'm looking to choose whichever has the best earning potential down the road. Anybody have some pros and cons for both?

In general, do you think it is easier or harder to pass HC for a generic type role that requires a team match, etc. (e.g. program mgr, SWE) or for a specific role with designated team from the start?
