With the whole flu season on and coronavirus scare ..how are you guys managing to travel safely nd not falling sick?

Maybe you guys can help, i want to get into tech but I can’t code, how can I effectively make that switch? I’m 40 and have been running my own business with my wife since COVID but it’s at a point where I can step away a little and do something different I’ve always wanted to do. Any advice?

I realized recently that I can turn my “super associate” persona at any time. I had it off during covid when my kids needed me and got a bad review. So now it’s back on. I’m responding to midnight emails (and daytime ones in under 20 minutes) and getting work done the same morning. I’m spending countless hours doing edits over edits. I actually don’t like super associate. Why do people live like this 24/7?!? 🤔

Currently making $250K all-in as a Finance Director but only got 3% increase this past review. My pay was down 5% due to COVID last year, so from 2020 to 2022 my pay is flat. Since I'd attended an interview long back i was surprised to receive this call and HR informed me that I'll be having a HR round and the day comes i joined the call ( literally they didn't even ask a single HR question and it was completely about TR) when I reached out to HR . I was told this was a TR + MR
Whose mistake is this ? wasn't their job to inform us properly about?

My HR round in TCS got completed 20th June with salary discussion and HR said i will get offer letter in 10 days and in ibegin portal the status is showing evaluated on 22nd June. When can I expect the offer letter? TIA
