Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.

1. What is appraisal cycle at Accenture ?
2. As they also have 6 months probation, are lateral hires considered for appraisal & variable(prorated) during first year?
3. Any date in year before which candidate must join to be eligible for appraisal & variable of ongoing cycle.
4. Does Joining Bonus come with any return clause, if yes whats condition ?

Hi all, I’m currently a year into a role at a top tier firm. Team and WLB are great but growth prospects are unclear and not a sector of long term interest. My manager hasn’t been able to articulate his medium term vision and how my role fits into that and doesn’t seem concerned that I’m overqualified for the support nature of my role. I’m making it to offer stages for other roles offering me over 30% more than I currently earn and with very strong prospects. Am I being to hasty in wanting out?

I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.

I’m currently interviewing for a role that is somewhat a dream role at my dream agency. But I currently love my agency, have no qualms, and am in the middle of a couple of projects. Is it bad to leave in the middle of projects but is there ever a good time to leave? I don’t want to severe connections and relationships I have with my co-workers.

Any thoughts on transitioning from big law to plaintiffs side work? I worked for a year as a lit associate at a v5 big law firm in NYC, then SDNY clerk, now a 2d Cir clerk. While clerking I’ve been exposed to a greater variety of cases and started to think it could be interesting to work plaintiff’s side, but I don’t know anyone from law school (HLS) who is doing that and I’ve heard it’s generally looking down on? Anyone made the transition and care to compare the experiences?

When telling a Product based company on my expectations while Interviewing, what should I tell, only about how much hike I need over my CTC or should I tell how much RSUs I need too?
