First find the pipe size to which these fixtures will go. Any leak will flood the house
If they fit your pipes…nothing stops you from using it (no legal or product restrictions)..You will need tools!
Pro
Pay a plumber and watch him fix it.

Just hire a few plumber unless you are very hands on with all this work!!

Post a pic, I’m doing it all currently in my new home.
Depends on the valve you have behind your existing faucet. I think some valves are brand specific, so may not work in your case. If you know what brand valve you have, you can call customer service and they can advise you on compatibility.
Update: took your advice and called a plumber. Needs an adapter that I might get at Lowes or Amazon. Following that, it can be used here but must be monitored since it wasn't designed for this market and may not be best suited for things like hard water and water pressure.
Adapter and teflon tape, you can do it yourself - pretty straightforward.
