I am starting an outsourcing IT Support company, and I want to hire people with autistic spectrum, since I am autistic myself. I would like to know if anyone is interested to invest on it, or if anyone would like to hire our services. The company is based in Colombia. Our website is repshome.com

I would pull my offer. They did the right thing. You did not prioritise their offer, so they found someone else. Good luck
A1 , exactly. I have done a lot of software development work and their first month ask is migration of services to virtual machine and those services half i never heard of other i haven't touched. Granted I can probably do it using Google and what not but it was definitely not what I was expecting.
Don’t be too harsh on yourself. Reach back out but if it’s a no go, something better may be in store for you 😉
Im sure you’ll find something that’s the right fit for you!
2 weeks is a long time to wait… I’d have taken it and pushed a start date far out. Then reneg if another offer came up.

Usually, you have a specific offer deadline. Was that not the case this time? 2 weeks to decide sounds like a healthy amount of time to decide, so I can see why the company thought you weren't interested, but pulling an offer without an agreed deadline sounds unprofessional.
Yeah she didn't. Basically she called me on a Friday verbally on the offer and then she said all these stuff I would be doing with technologies but not what or how.. she said "you can use any technologies you are interested in"... she sent offer same day. Following Monday she asked for decision and I asked for first month details and she got back to me Wednesday. Then last Monday she asked if I was interested and that was it.
Why wouldn’t you just accept the offer and continue with interviews?
If you find something better you could always use the excuse that something came up with your family and you have to decline the offer.
Obviously you couldn’t go back to this company ever, but it protects you from losing offers
It’s definitely bad faith but that’s life sometimes. You have to protect yourself.
Did I make right choice or I got too greedy? Honestly the only thing was the unstructured project work. My first month was literally migration of a bunch of systems and I never done migration before.. the hr said I can do any tech I wanted but they don't seem to have much of direction. I do like the compensation though...
The work itself matters, trust your gut feeling if something was off or not presented correctly. Recruiters will say anything to get you in, they don’t know the actual work. Next time, clarify with the hiring managers or the people interviewing you. Initially the pay bump will feel great, but if the works sucks you won’t be happy. Don’t make career decisions solely based on $.
Did the offer letter have an expiration? If you want to accept, you can ask for an updated offer letter. Just tell them you're excited for the opportunity and just needed the time to make sure it was the right decision.
This might be your answer.
Call them. Seems odd they wouldn’t follow up.
It’s normal for them to seek an offer decision within a set timeframe. But lessons learned is, next time you have questions and need clarity on the job, ask the questions during and post interview stage, prior to the offer. Typically recruiters tell you verbally they will make an offer, and that’s your chance to say - I have some questions i need more clarity on prior to the next step.

They likely kept recruiting other candidates while waiting. They may have rescinded the offer in order to extend it to another. See if they respond to your query. If they don’t, it’s time to accept that you lost that one and move on.

I think it’s likely the offer was pulled. From your follow ups its sounds like she followed up 2-3 times and you told her you wanted to continue interviewing elsewhere.
If you got weird vibes from the actual team you’d work with I definitely think follow your gut and this was a fine decision. If this was just the recruiter though I think you handled badly. Recruiters don’t reflect your experience once hired, and definitely cant speak to the tech used on a day to day basis.
