It's been 3 months over since i join LTI.. still I'm in pool bench.. i think LTI has done bulk hiring and struggling to allocate projects for associates.. may I know, how long we can be in bench, expecting answers from LTI members..

Work Two Jobs: I’m about to accept an offer from another Bank, could I hypothetically work at my current bank until they realize that I’m simply not working enough/ doing anything and eventually severance me? I would meet 100% of my obligations at my new shop, and just not do anything with my old one.

I don’t care about burning bridges. What are the ramifications of this? What do you think the likely hood that my new shop would ever find out. I work remotely and so I feel like I could swing it

The severance package at Meta for laid off employees almost makes it nice to be laid off depending on what your personal situation is….. personally wouldn’t mind getting 4+ months of full pay to reset and think about what’s next 😬

Can a law firm in CA rescind an offer if background check reveals an omitted employment history? Worked at a firm for 2-3 months back in 2019 that wasn’t a good fit. Not fired but left to really drive my career in a better direction. I now have an offer from a great firm and scared background check will affect my chances.

How do people deal with time on the bench or if you have little to no project work in the office to fill up the day?

Hi, I am interviewing netcracker. EOY 10 years in UI development. HR is saying I will have to again give managerial technical round even though I had completed 2 tech round followed by HR round. Can anyone spread light in below areas
1. How's the WLB ?

I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next
