I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?

Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Hadn’t heard that.
But I think Accenture cut starting salaries by 12% and pushed the remaining 2022 start dates to 2024.

We actually recommended shuttering the whole thing but this was the best way to generate cash flow for creditors.
They did. They will only bring back the interns and that’s it.

That’s surprising. Even if you aren’t looking to hire it seems like you’d want to maintain an active presence on campus. There’s a good chance you lose a few interns and you may want replacements. Seems like would be worth 6-8 candidates at a few schools.
Yep, I heard that we pulled out from FT recruiting as well.
Not sure what the source is here. I am a part of my practice’s recruiting team and have heard nothing of this sort
My point was that this is very practice / team specific
I emailed the team for FT and they said they’re planning to come recruit
I’m part of FT recruiting at my alma mater and we’re full steam ahead. Don’t think we’ll hire many people (my team had nearly 100% of interns accept return offers) but we’ll be there
My recruiting team was curious about the same thing, but we confirmed we’re going back for FT.
I would be surprised if we didn’t go back to target schools even if it’s just for show. Don’t go, lose your primo spots
This isn’t the big deal some people are making it out to be. When I was at my m7 both McKinsey and BCG pulled out of FT recruiting that year (2017).
Whoa. Really? Have things slowed down that bad???
