I am a part of wipro DOP (MDPS) as a senior associate since october 2020 and joined as a fresher back then. I am now being pushed to take up as a TL because of my performance and contribution to the project management. However i feel with just 2 years of experience if i take the position i might have to stay much longer in the company than i intend to as a minimum requirement for position of TL elsewhere is 4 years of experience as associate. Also what is the salary slab one should get as a TL?

I forgot to take my medicine today. I realized it once I got into the office. I noticed my brain is extra sluggish and cloudy. So I checked my emergency at-work pills and I forgot to bring more. It would take over an hour to go home for meds and come back to work. I hate getting in these situations trying to figure out if I just stick it out at work, drive home and back to work, or call it a lost day and go home and back to sleep. It’s so frustrating that one change in routine can ruin the day.

I am in my mid 30s and I wanna get back in shape but I don’t know what routine to start, e.g. CrossFit, lifting on my own, HIIT classes. What type of exercise do you do and how does it help you to accomplish your goals?

My goal is to get toned, healthy and be able to play tennis and soccer again without fearing potential injuries.

Very close to receiving a job offer for a fast growin start-up company related to dental. It is located in SF which unfortunately is not Americas most expensive city to live in (I’d have to move there). Started pricing apartments and will need an offer of about $135k to qualify for housing but anything I find for a salary reference says the company plays about 95k in SF - how do I justify my experience and drive to the company to show my value or is that too big of a wage gap to bridge? I am burning out. My manager forgot her password for a program and blamed me. She said: how do you dare to change my password. I just have access to her account not her personal email. To change a password you need an email and a confirmation code because I am an average person, not a hacker.
