I’m looking to transition to a new role with more responsibilities and higher pay of course. I’ve been having a lot of trouble recently, and frankly it’s made me feel very down. I haven’t been able to get past initial recruiter screenings or first round interviews. I have almost 2.5 yoe as a BA and PM as well as a mba but I just can’t get a new role.
