Does anyone have any recs for competitive workout/spin classes? I’ve gone to Barry’s, OT, fhitting room, Rumble, and some other spin classes and they’re all a little too tailored to the avg person who doesn’t workout very often. I’m 30m and have been working out every day since hs and whenever I go to a workout class I’m either actively ignored by the instructor who is more focused on helping ppl who don’t typically workout (understandably) or made to feel bad for working out too hard

Changing careers at 52! I’ve been an academic librarian/tenured faculty/graduate library director my entire career. Was laid-off due to COVID and decided I really want to be a software engineer.
