Did you do anything different leading up the transfer / any advice on what to expect, i.e. exercise habits, limiting caffeine, etc.? I have the saline ultrasound this week, (hoping it's not as bad as the HSG), then I hope I'm cleared to start prepping!

As someone who is not from the UK but lives here, seems like the focus of the COVID conversations boils down to ‘protecting the NHS.’ Shouldn’t the NHS be protecting us though? I think an MC is about to start but after this long last year+ of TTC an ounce of me doesn’t want to accept it... I started light pink spotting yesterday (at the timing of what would be my second missed period) but today the spotting is a darker brown. Yesterday my provider said some spotting is normal but just this morning it looks more to me like the start of my period, heavier and brown 😩

Hey everyone! I’m getting my follicles measured for my first IUI this coming Monday- as I’m reading through all the posts it appears that the washed sperm count needs to be above 5M? I’m 37, my husband is 34- I’m starting to get really nervous about this working.
