Did you ever take a ft offer just to have an income and keep looking for a better job? Is it “common" to take a ft gig and leave after a couple months if sth better pops up? Or is that a dick move?

Unable to decide to leave my current company. They are actively blocking my growth and I got an offer for a title promotion, but a significant pay cut. The new job offers $100k, 26 days pto, hybrid 2/3 remote, 37.5 hours a week. My current job (7yrs) offers $102k, 42 days pto, office optional 35 hrs a week.
