I want to like/use Audible but I can’t get into it. I don’t find a lot of time during the day to listen and haven’t found a lot of books that I like. Should I cancel and lose my built up credits? Anybody who enjoys it have tips?

Lead scoring models: for companies who work in consulting, do you score marketing generated contacts based on their company and job title matching your ideal customer profile? What behaviors are you weighing highest for your scoring models? Seems like some orgs score based on a contact’s job title and company size (or name if it’s already identified as a target account) and others do not.

Hi Folks, I'm currently in search of a mentor. I'm a 28y/o MSc grad and starting a Junior Funding Consultant role (writing grant applications for startups) as I'm tired of holding out for an entry level role in ESG/Sustainability - I keep getting rejections despite completing a very wide ranging internship at a renewable energy company. Last year I received an offer at Deloitte Belgium but due to Brexit & VISA delays, we couldn't continue. Now I'm unsure of my career progression & need guidance.

Sharing a thought from the leadership layer. Many times, for people who aren’t members of the majority to get a seat at the table (or even into the room), they have to be extraordinary. This doesn’t come without potential challenges. It’s important to be able to work well with others. If you’re not able to do that, you may not advance. Working well with others includes (unfortunately) navigating their unconscious biases. Can be frustrating, but you can do this! Please share your perspective.

What brand of work sleds do you guys wear, and where did you buy them?

/rant. My manager loves giving me work and telling me this won’t take long, yet every time it involves digging out some one else’s work (who has left the company), understanding and debugging complex models myself (lots of trace precedents / trace dependents ) and then building something further. If I don’t do the leg work in understanding the models, my forecasts will be off. But this is not simple nor quick. Why do they love saying it is ? They have come from the bottom up they know the job.

Had 3 interviews. One phone screen, a teams call, and an in person interview. It has been about 2 weeks since my last interview. I reached out a couple days after the third interview and they said they had one or two more interviews and would get back to me. It has now been two weeks. Should I be worried?
