Are recruiters allowed to share feedback when 4 out of 5 interview feedbacks have been received? My recruiter said she is waiting for one interviewer's feedback and he has been OOO for 3 weeks, therefore, she cannot share anything now. Does this mean that by now I have mixed feedback and she is relying on the last feedback before sending it to HC?

Does anyone else feel like they are becoming less confident as they get more senior? When I was right out of my clerkship I felt really confident because I have good research and writing skills; but I feel like I don’t have spectacular judgment when it comes to making all sorts of less studied decisions and it makes me feel incredibly nervous and not confident. I figured I’d get more confidence as the years went by, but I feel like I trust myself and my abilities less.

I don’t get why my state board has to be so difficult giving me a CPA license! I have 150 credits, passed the exams, have a bachelors in business and a masters in accounting. Any suggestions? Everywhere I look online has courses that are equivalent to the ones I’ve taken already. By the way, The board said I am deficient just 10 credit hours of upper level accounting courses (300+) for licensure.

I am running into quite similar issues in almost all of the companies I have worked so far: Most of the senior engineers just exclude me in the important technical meetings whereas I am doing an important part (technical) of a project. They either think I am not knowledgeable enough for a particular task or just that I am good at doing some non-technical/manual task. Hi, I’m up for a promotion this up coming cycle (July) to become a senior Data Engineer. I was hired at my current firm as a more junior engineer but I’ve made strong headway since. 2. How are they different from consulting? For example, how does the scope of a manager/SM differ?
3. What does a manager/SM level entail in internal IT? (Meaning in life).
4. Are there PPDs? Is it different/similar at that level?

Does anyone have any resources to studying the ServiceNow CSA exam? I already went through the course on the ServiceNow website. I am not sure it's enough to pass the exam and would like other study material. I've been looking but I am not sure what to trust. Is there anyone that has taken and passed the exam?
