Has anyone gone through a certificate program/boot camp prior to getting a job? I personally went through a certificate program through the state university I did undergrad at, but have a friend looking into Coursera and wanted to compare which is a better option.

Hi everyone - I’m just beginning my career and I’m very proud of the work I’ve done in accepting myself and living openly after having grown up Catholic. Through a lot of self-examination, I’ve started to realize the full extent of the trauma I experienced and held onto from growing up LGBT. I’m honestly surprised that this part of the process isn’t more talked about as it seems to be a relatively common experience. Are there any resources you’d recommend to help with this healing process?
