Feeling so incredibly stagnant in my career. I went to a top 10 UG school and used to be so motivated to study/hit career goals/etc. but something changed in me the last few years and now I feel like I can only do a bare minimum at work. I’ve been at the same company for 6 years & while I’ve received great feedback and love my coworkers and current project, I still feel like I could be doing more - especially seeing friends going to incredible b-schools and switching into cool new roles.

What kind of help are client needing the most in your market?

Advice needed.. I started at a new company about 8months & it was my dream role. I picked this specific company because I wanted to support this specific exec & it’s been amazing. However he’s now leaving and my role is changing. I know I’m not going to be let go but I’m getting restructured into supporting other execs/ taking on basically a “project” that’s really a job that needs to be fill. I work in a product and they hired me as a Data Architect to advance their data and analytics capabilities.
Since then I have built the warehouse/mart and ETL pipelines and replicated old reports from this new data source.
Now I am not sure what else to do from here?
I have suggested them to leverage PowerBI , but there is no support from product owners for requirements as they are busy dealing with the main features of the products.
