Any A&M folks here? Wondering how benefits / 401k compare to Big 4

Long story short, I have a bachelors in Public Health/Health Science, and no idea what to do with it. I currently am contracted with a disabilities agency in the vocational services side of things, working for $20/hr with no benefits. I realize this is a very low paying job, but I do not know the extent of the career options with the degree I have. I’d like to ask, what would be the highest paying/most rewarding career options for me?

Macro work ideas for LCSW in Indiana but remote is preferred. I’m looking to gain experience in more of a supervisor/ director role and/or something more on the macro side. Any ideas? Open to part time side gigs as well if remote. I’ve considered getting a MBA in healthcare at some point but not sure if it’s actually worth it or not.
