Diagnosed with ADHD as a child and stopped medication at 18. I’m 31 and I realize I need it again. Is it easy to get medication again if I bring my medical records to a physician?

Do partners/firms hate people who quit right after paid medical leave or paid maternity leave? And think that that person abused the system? (Assuming that person wants to go in house and not hopping firms)

Is it going to look bad to take 2 sick days off just 2 months into working for a new company?

I am sick of being a realtor! I've been trying for 5 years and have only sold 3 houses. Where I'm from (small Southern town) nobody is buying. Most people's families already own homes and it's just a bummer to see all these nice houses deteriorating over time.

What is the medical insurance coverage with this default deduction?

It is very confusing in offer letter. Base coverage of 2 lakh. Then floater cover of 14 lakh over and above 2 lakh. For this 14 lakh floater cover, will there be any additional premium deduction?

Hi there, I am looking for remote nursing jobs in New Hampshire. I have my compact nursing license, my BSN and have been a nurse for almost 6 years. Before that, I was an LNA. I come with experience. I can’t seem to get an interview for these types of jobs. Ill get eyes on my applications, will get a call back and then turned away due to having a compact license. For ex. ❗️PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION FOUND IN DRUG TEST❗️As expected, it was found in a drug test as part of a background check for a conditional job offer. Hireright called me & asked me for the name of my medication, name of pharmacy & their phone number. I called my pharmacy (big retail pharmacy) & they said they don’t give medical info to anyone that’s not my doctor … I’m afraid my offer will be rescinded. I’m freaking out. My husband and I worked together at the same company for a year in different departments and they laid off 25 employees last week. My husband was one of them. 💔
It was dealt with poorly and severance benefits were bad compared to other companies we are seeing in the media. I’m really struggling to move forward and heal. How to get more confident in relationships? I am not the best at reading "between the lines", but quite observant and sensitive and thus always insecure also in my longer established and close relationships. Always needing reassurance (through nice texts etc) that the other person (date/boyfriend etc) won't "discard" me, and questioning and overthinking everything if I don't hear from them for a day or the response is not as "loving" as I expect.

Looking for thoughts and opinions about HR involvement in employee promotions. More specifically passing up an experienced employee for not having a college degree. We have an employee in our office, who applied for a promotion and despite having a degree, would be a perfect fit.
