I am sick of being a realtor! I've been trying for 5 years and have only sold 3 houses. Where I'm from (small Southern town) nobody is buying. Most people's families already own homes and it's just a bummer to see all these nice houses deteriorating over time.

Cons:
*Leadership more concerned about advancing their careers within Delta Air Lines than addressing their toxic manager(s)

In my TCS offer at C3B level, annual deduction for medical insurance premium is Rs 8210

What is the medical insurance coverage with this default deduction?

It is very confusing in offer letter. Base coverage of 2 lakh. Then floater cover of 14 lakh over and above 2 lakh. For this 14 lakh floater cover, will there be any additional premium deduction?

What kind of domiciliary expenses can be claimed upto 6000?

❗️PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION FOUND IN DRUG TEST❗️As expected, it was found in a drug test as part of a background check for a conditional job offer. Hireright called me & asked me for the name of my medication, name of pharmacy & their phone number. I called my pharmacy (big retail pharmacy) & they said they don’t give medical info to anyone that’s not my doctor … I’m afraid my offer will be rescinded. I’m freaking out. Has this happened to anyone? What do I do?

My husband and I worked together at the same company for a year in different departments and they laid off 25 employees last week. My husband was one of them. 💔
It was dealt with poorly and severance benefits were bad compared to other companies we are seeing in the media. I’m really struggling to move forward and heal. The priority is for me to support him finding a new job but I just feel sick giving my time and energy to this company when they did this to us. any advice for strength😔

My confession is that I have seen the medical field change so much over the past 20 years, that it's unrecognizable in both good and bad ways. More people are leaving than staying, and I am worried the quality of care is dwindling. I try not to burden friends and family with some of the things I've seen recently, but the short version is that I'm no longer sure I have faith or trust in it myself.

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

Recent lateral into BL from regional firm and in a specialist area. About to close out my 2nd full month and think I’ll eekk out 100 billables. I’m hoping that’s just because of year end general slowness. Any idea when I should expect to be fully ramped up? Looking for thoughts and opinions about HR involvement in employee promotions. More specifically passing up an experienced employee for not having a college degree. We have an employee in our office, who applied for a promotion and despite having a degree, would be a perfect fit. Several supervisors recommended this employee for the position but HR denied the promotion for lack of a degree. I have a graduate degree and I still feel that experience is sometimes more valuable. Thoughts?

I frequently get asked about exiting to data science. I’m going to share a little of my background and hopefully some resources for those interested in making the exit.

I’m a FAANG Sr Data Scientist, focused primarily on product/business science. That entails product lifecycle analytics (opportunity sizing, feature measurement planning, instrumentation, experimentation), time series forecasting, price sensitivity modeling, as well as exec reporting/BI plus some very light data engineering.
