Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Nothing.. seriously nothing until you figure out that the work and salary balance is slowing going off to an intolerable level.
1. Very low interaction with people.
2. Less physical movement.
3. Overlap between personal and professional life.
4. Ultimately you'd think where would I spend all those money because I'm not going out much.
I personally love being full-time remote. I get to work on my own time and get things done without annoying coworkers distracting me. I think the interaction being lowered can be tough, but I personally am okay because I now have time I can spend with people I actually like and care about. The disadvantages are only disadvantages if you feel them to be IMO
I suppose it depends on how you feel about WFH. If you prefer face to face interaction in an office, then it might not be the job for you. Personally, I love the freedom of WFH, and I prefer to be away from people. Haha!
I mean just like the comment says above it definitely depends on what you find as a disadvantage. I would say for me it's been a blessing. I get to fill my life with the things that I have passion for. And yes lack of human communication could be a problem, but if you put in a little effort you can meet so many different people.
None if you ask me. I love WFH and you get to have a flexible schedule.
