Genuine question for fellow CV fish - what % of your projects do you consider "good" projects in a holistic sense? (e.g., content is interesting, team & leadership are supportive/care about WLB, client is not crazy demanding, etc.)
I'd consider ~35% of my projects really good -- if all my CV projects were like those, I'd stay here forever. But I just dunno if the rest (~2/3) is worth the stress and mental health consequences of staying long term...
