Had a discussion with my boss today where he asked me if I’ve checked out as many of my projects are in a bad place due to myself or teammates mistakes. I’ve told him I’m not happy in the role and he doesn’t know yet that I’m negotiating an offer to leave. Todays discussion really frustrated me as I’m not trying to cause issues, but him asking if I’m basically tanking it because I don’t care was a gut punch.
