Diversify Fund vs. Fundrise? Which one is better

Supervisor said I couldn’t have week off for vacation this summer bc another coworker of higher seniority asked off the same week and two people can’t go on vacation at the same time because of staffing. But this coworker that asked off works different shift than me? He works 1st shift I work second. We have a total of 8 workers and no more than 4 work a day. can easily be covered. This has never been a problem until this year (we got a new supervisor). we’re used to being short staffed anyway

Thankfulness. This is definitely an awful, stressful, uncertain time. But, what is one thing you can be thankful about? Maybe if we focus on those things instead of the negatives we can survive.

When creating OKRs and looking for metrics to shoot for, how do you calculate what said key results should be? Are they idealistic in nature, or should they be rooted in the work that you’re going to embark on? Then based on that work, a scientific deducing of how that work will effect the key result in the direction you’re trying to go? Essentially, I’m trying to see how calculated one must be.

I have been offered and already accepted the offer but in the offer letter there was no clause for my relocation however as i am an out station candidate i got confirmation from HR that i will be eligible for relocation and she will revise the offer with the relocation amount. Is this normal thing or there maybe complications in reissuing the offer ?

Do you have a limit on the number of students on your caseload? What is the maximum number you’ve had while still teaching a full class schedule? Are you responsible for all aspects of the IEP (ie, scheduling with parents & staff; writing the IEP; submitting it/filing it; sharing copies; progress monitoring on each student, etc)?

Looking for some advice/suggestions here. 24 years old, TC is now 110k. I have 40k cash savings. $6,500 in my 401k and $6,400 in Roth IRA. Just was promoted and wondering if that’s too much cash to hold onto AND if contributing to a Roth makes sense. I contribute 7% with 100% match and 10% profit sharing at the end of the year to the 401k. Contributing $550 a month to the Roth. Folks - want to buy a house/condo/townhouse in LA but we’re going to run out on our l1 visas and the h1 is a lottery and we may not get it. Indian nationals, GC is at least 10-15 years away. We’ve got the down payment saved up for a 800-1Mn house/condo/townhouse and can afford the mortgage. Wondering if we should buy keeping the visa risk in mind or just continue to rent? Thoughts?
