i’m indian, second gen, and appreciate you even knowing the holiday so that could go well with others.

I’m Indian and I’ve seen this bit. I think you can show it to fans of the office or people who are second gen. First gen folks from India may not find it funny. The humor is not the kind we are used to. Love the office, btw.

I mean it’s The Office, a prime time comedy, how offensive could it be? The Indian colleagues I have all have a good sense of humor about this kinda thing.

But I’m not Indian so grain of salt and all that

You’ve clearly not watched this episode...

Staff all it

Newbie question: I’m looking to lose the last ~15 lbs and put on some lean muscle. Female, new to weightlifting. I’m getting a lot of conflicting advice online. Currently Im planning to eat in a deficit (CICO), and do a fully body routine focused on compound movements 3x a week. I already do cardio 3/4x per week. Is this ideal? Should I be lifting more? Im seeing some people say lift 6x a week and some say you need recovery days
