What is RTO for most of y’all like? Currently 2 days a week back into the office but I’m hearing the big banks are pushing for 3 days now. Honestly, I’m not comfortable coming into NYC more than 2 days a week. It’s not Covid related, just a work life balance thing. I’d rather not sit on a bus for an hour each way to run into Manhattan so I can be in the office . I enjoy being home and working from the peaceful suburbs and not have to deal with the rat race, not to mention the savings .

Hi Fishes, This is in regards with my resignation. I have resigned on 22nd March (LWD : 22 June ) on medical grounds. Since then, my hr has asked for my prescriptions and medical certificates to give me an early release. But yesterday, She is stating that my lwd is revised to 18th April with a clause that since my release is on medical grounds I can't join any other orgs before 22june. Is an iphone too expensive as a (belated) mother’s day gift? My mother needs a new phone and has been using iphone for a long time. She is now retired and probably can’t afford an iphone, but she’d want an iphone to use facetime, and privacy. MIL has money but uses cheaper phones. I want to buy one for my mom and MIL as well (for fairness). But somehow it also seems like a big spend as we’re also paying mortgage.
