I got a offer from HCL for 22LPA.
Initially they said I am eligible for E2 band Lead position but in offer they have given E3 band technical specialist.

I felt for my experience E2 is perfect.
So if I join in E3 will there be more responsibility and work compared to E2?
And should I ask the HR to change it back to E2 ?

Last year my team could be super condescending to me, with the excuse of “protecting me”. It was my first year, and I’m returning for my second. I’ll be honest, last year I was more quiet about it because I was getting the hang of a lot of things at once. Any advice on how to address that when it comes up again?
